We advise on fund formation and day-to-day legal needs in a practical, compliant way. Our focus is on creating workable structures, transparent investor materials, and processes that meet regulatory expectations.
Our story.
Founded in 2025 by Matt Keenan, MK&Co Legal was built to deliver for New Zealand businesses by modernising how law firms engage with their clients. We saw too much delay, inefficiency, and ambiguity, and too little ownership and accountability being taken. To better serve our clients, we built a practice that keeps senior lawyers close to the work, communicates in plain English, and moves at the speed of your decision-making.
We use modern, secure, digital tools to streamline diligence, drafting, and project management, while keeping judgment and accountability firmly with our top humans to deliver results for our clients.
Our aim is simple:
Personalised, pragmatic and reliable legal support that helps your business move forward with confidence.
